Hook in2 Hockey

Program Details 

The Hook in2 Hockey  Program is for young children up to 9 years old wishing to start playing hockey and teaches them fundamental skills of the game. 

The program involves 6 skills sessions (run over 6 weeks) followed 14 weeks of modified games (playing according to their age group - U5's, U7's and U9's.)

Please note that All Under 5's should be on the Hybrid Field (Field2) each week.  Under 7's and 9's will abe on the Water Base (Field1)

Cost in 2024

Registration and Insurance with Hockey Queensland/Hockey Australia = $39.81   |  or   | Registration and Insurance + Eqiupment Pack (Stick, Ball, Shin Guards, Mouthguard)  = $94.81

Ipswich Hockey Program Fee = $50

Eastern Suburbs Club Fee = $10  This is to cover basic costs to run the club including the text messages sent weekly to all Hook in2 Hockey families, Zooper Doopers each week, Junior Break Up

Total Cost  - $99.81 NO Equipment Pack or $154.81 WITH Equipment Pack

Please not that full fees are required at time of registration. No Invoice will be sent this season - all fees for the program will be collected at time of registration.

Uniforms

Playing Shirt - Compulsory Uniform -  Borrowed from the club at the start of the season and returned on the last day of Hook in2 Hockey. Please note we are in the process of designing a new Hook in2 Hockey Shirt - if you have any ideas we would love to hear from you. 

Black Shorts/ Skirts (Purchase from the club or plain back are fine) - Compulsory Uniform

Socks - Cost $10- Compulsory Uniform

***The natural progression from Hook in2 Hockey is into the Under 11's competition (J2 Grade) which is gender specific.  This can be done from any age from 7 and older.
